NueGo Electric Bus Charging and Stops: Your Journey Guide

What charging means for your trip, with route ideas from our electric coach network.
Key takeaways
  • Plan around your booked departure, arrival and any onward connection.
  • Single-charge range and total journey distance are different measures.
  • Explore our Agra–Jaipur, Bangalore–Tirupati, Bhopal–Indore and Chandigarh–Delhi routes.
  • Ask about your particular departure if a stop or onward connection is important.
  • Keep your ticket, journey updates and arrival transport together.

What charging means for your NueGo journey

When you book with us, choose the city pair, departure and coach that fit your day. We handle the coach’s charging as part of operating your service, so you can focus on your travel plans.
The useful passenger questions are simpler: when do we depart, where do I board, what is the estimated arrival, and what happens during any stop? Start with your selected journey details. If you have a fixed appointment or onward connection, ask us about that departure before building a tight itinerary around it.

What affects charging time

An electric vehicle's charging duration depends on its battery capacity, how much charge remains and the power the vehicle and charging equipment can use. A partial top-up is also a different task from charging a nearly empty battery. The charging time therefore varies with the vehicle and the charging session.[3]
Our electric coaches offer an approximate single-charge range of 250 km. Single-charge range describes how far a coach can travel on one charge; journey distance and charging duration are separate measures.[1]
For your booking, use the journey duration displayed for your chosen departure. Charging time is service-specific, so ask our team about that departure if a stop affects an appointment or onward connection.

Four routes to explore with us

Our route directory includes these city pairs. Choose the travel date to see the departures and boarding options available for your trip.[1]
Route A useful trip idea Booking detail to compare
Agra to Jaipur Continue a heritage-focused break between two major visitor cities Drop point and travel time to your stay
Bangalore to Tirupati Plan a family or temple-focused visit Arrival time and separately arranged onward travel
Bhopal to Indore Arrange a city break, family visit or work trip A departure that leaves time after arrival
Chandigarh to Delhi Travel for a visit, appointment or onward journey Your Delhi drop point, not just the city name
Choose your city-to-city journey first. If a stop affects your plans, ask our team about your selected departure. Temple entry, attraction admission and local transfers are separate arrangements.

How to handle a stop during the journey

Follow the crew's instructions about whether passengers can leave the coach, where to wait and when to return. A short halt, a passenger break and a charging session are not interchangeable descriptions.
If you step out, take your phone and valuables, identify the coach and agree a return point with anyone travelling with you. Keep the boarding area clear. Do not enter equipment areas or handle charging connectors.
Bring water and a small snack you can store safely. This gives you flexibility without assuming that every halt includes a restaurant or shopping break. If you need particular facilities, ask about the selected service before booking.

Build an arrival plan that works

Look at the whole journey: travel to the pickup point, the booked intercity leg, time to collect luggage and the final transfer. An estimated arrival is a planning guide; leave room for road traffic when arranging an appointment or another departure.
For example, if your coach reaches the city in the morning but your hotel accepts check-in later, arrange luggage storage or early access in advance. You can then start the day with a place to leave your bags and freshen up.
Use live tracking to keep a person meeting you informed. Send an updated arrival message when you are closer rather than asking them to wait indefinitely at the drop point.
